Nurses United to Lead The Future of Healthcare
“The Nursing Consortium of Florida Conference was a wonderful experience and an incredible opportunity provided by the ؛£½اشعدك School of Nursing. From the presenters to the connections made, it was a day full of learning and meeting fellow nurses who share the common goal of providing excellent healthcare across South Florida. I had the chance to speak with representatives from organizations such as Baptist Health and HCA Health care, gaining valuable insight into their job application processes and how to connect with their teams. From the keynote speaker, I took away an especially meaningful lesson—the importance of humility in all forms of communication. Understanding the communication styles of different generations, such as Generation Z and Baby Boomers, is essential for effective teamwork and the shared pursuit of patient-centered care.†– Catherine Rowland
