- Dr. Paul Copan, professor of philosophy and ethics,听served as moderator for the Deification Study Group panel discussion at the Evangelical Theological Society Annual Meeting in Boston, held Nov. 17鈥�19, 2025. His role supported scholarly dialogue on theological perspectives across the field.听
- Dr. Wanjiru Gitau, assistant professor of practical theology and world Christianity, participated in a panel discussion at the World Evangelical Alliance General Assembly in Seoul, South Korea, held Oct. 27鈥�31, 2025. Her contribution helped frame global conversations on faith, culture, and evangelical engagement.听
- Jin Hanley, associate professor and chair of dance,听led the Global Dance Immersion in Korea, building a new partnership with the city of A-san and coordinating an exchange with Hanyang University ERICA while arranging classes with prominent local teachers and companies. Hanley also earned a Certificate of Commendation from the city of A-san and presented 鈥淭he Power of Authentic Assessment and Finding Funding鈥� at the National Dance Education Organization Conference.听
- Stella Almblade, adjunct professor of dance, traveled with Hanley to teach musical theatre courses at Hanyang University ERICA in Korea as part of 海角在线鈥檚 expanding international dance collaboration. Her participation supported the Global Dance Immersion initiative and strengthened academic ties with the university.听
- Sean Radford, assistant professor of commercial music, won the Faculty Fellows Award from the National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) Foundation and The College Music Society for his work serving student populations. He will be honored at the 2026 NAMM Show.
- Dr. Gregory Rummo, lecturer of chemistry, published a review titled, “,” in Minding the Campus, Nov. 5, 2025. The article reviewed the recently translated book, “God, the Science, the Evidence,” by Michel-Yves Bollore and Olivier Bonnassies.
- Dr. Brian Shockey, assistant professor of ministry and director of the Accelerated Ministry Program,听authored the book chapter 鈥淭he Curious Case of Holiness in the Historical Books鈥� in 鈥淗oliness in the Old Testament: A Textual and Thematic Analysis,鈥� published by Kregel Academic. The chapter was released Oct. 28, 2025.

- Dr. Jackie Yong, assistant professor of piano,听presented his paper and lecture recital, 鈥淚dentity in Repertoire: The Psychology and Pedagogy of Recital Programming Redefining Latin American Concert Music: Bernstein鈥檚 Symphonic Dances,鈥� at the UCSI Piano Pedagogy Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also presented at the Florida State Music Teachers Association Conference in Amelia Island and at the College Music Society National Conference in Spokane, Washington.
