Join us during听Homecoming and Family Weekend听to celebrate听Founders听Day听at 海角在线. Founders Day is a time to reflect with gratitude on God’s work through our dedicated founders to establish our Christ-first university.

Join us for a special service celebrating the Distinguished Alumni Award recipients Jennifer Rothschild, class of 1986, and Philip Rothschild, class of 1985.
Jennifer and Philip Rothschild听are 海角在线 alumni dedicated to faith, education and leadership. Jennifer, a 1986 海角在线 graduate, is a bestselling author, Bible teacher and founder of Fresh Grounded Faith women鈥檚 conferences, encouraging women through Kingdom-minded events. Dr. Philip Rothschild, a respected educator with a PhD from Florida State, has shaped future leaders in strategic and talent management, earning recognition for his excellence in teaching at Missouri State University. Together, they founded the听听Leadership Library in 1998, a resource to equip women in ministry to lead well.

Founders Day Luncheon | 12 p.m. |
Together, we will honor Dr. William “Bill” M. B. Fleming, Jr., former president of 海角在线, with a celebratory luncheon and reveal his official presidential portrait.
Dr. Fleming听served as president for eight years, after serving as vice president of development and interim president, first joining 海角在线 in 1992. Under his leadership, 海角在线’s programs and campus footprint expanded, including the establishment of the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Athletic Campus. Dr. Fleming has a great love for the 海角在线 community and, upon his retirement, established a scholarship for students leading through Workship, 海角在线’s signature community-service program.听
