What You'll Learn
Students will explore the rich history of Christian thought, studying key doctrines and influential figures over the past 2,000 years. They’ll also gain practical skills in studying the Bible using basic methods suited for non-ministry tracks. Additionally, the program offers a foundational guide to personal spiritual growth through practices such as prayer, worship, Bible study, and journaling, drawing from both biblical and historical sources.

As a student majoring in any of the undergraduate programs offered in the School of Ministry, you’ll wade into an ocean of diverse learning opportunities designed to prepare you to positively impact lives.

Christian Studies Elective Courses (9 Credits)
A minimum of 6 of the 9 credits must be upper level.
- Or any other courses within the School of Ministry (excluding the courses used to meet the Faith, Roots, and Reason Biblical and Theological Studies requirement). Courses with APL, BIB, ICS, MLS, and THL prefixes are within the School of Ministry.
